We know that a secure positive relationship between parents and our pre-school is crucial to the well-being and development of your child. We continually strive to encourage a two way flow of communication enabling us to constantly share up to date information on your child. We promote communication through the following methods:

  • daily diaries
  • face to face verbal feedback
  • emails
  • newsletters
  • meetings
  • parents evenings
  • pre-school social events
  • parent information sessions
  • your child’s learning the journey
  • notice boards
  • termly reports
  • parent surveys and questionnaires
  • parent suggestion box
  • parent handbook
  • key person system
  • links with schools, health visitors and relevant local services
  • leaflets and information readily available on local services

It is important that any information on your child’s health and well-being or a change in your circumstances is communicated with us. We operate an open-door policy where parents are able to come in at any time to speak to their child’s key person or the managers. Parents are welcome to call at any time and emails are responded to swiftly.
